Sales Support Specialist with German
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the sales team by generating and managing quotes in a timely manner.
• Keep sales records up to date, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Handle inquiries and requests from the sales team via a shared mailbox.
• Identify areas for process optimization and support the implementation of improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Track quote progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related discipline are advantageous.
• Prior experience in an administrative or sales support capacity, ideally within a shared service center environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of tools such as SAP, PowerPlatform, SharePoint, and PowerBI is desirable.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Openness to occasional travel and collaboration with sales teams.
