Production Engineer 

Location: Konin 

Your Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation and optimization of production processes.

• Analysis and continuous improvement of production efficiency (productivity, losses, downtime).

• Monitoring the operation of production equipment and participation in solving technical issues.

• Close cooperation with Maintenance, Quality, and Technology departments.

• Support during start-ups of new installations and processes.

• Active participation in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

• Ensuring process compliance with applicable HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and process safety standards.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position – experience in the chemical or heavy industry is an advantage.

• University degree in a technical field: Chemistry, Chemical/Process Engineering, or related.

• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.

• Knowledge of production technologies and occupational health and process safety principles.

• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Professional experience in an international environment.

• Very good command of English (minimum B2+ level).
