Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)
For our Client a leading international automotive company operating with advanced manufacturing technologies - we are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong, hands-on expertise in plastic injection molding. This role is critical to ensuring production continuity, process stability, and high operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing, developing, and organizing the Maintenance team in line with safety, standardization, and efficiency principles

Monitoring machine and equipment failure indicators and initiating preventive and corrective actions to achieve operational and budgetary targets

Planning and supervising inspections, servicing, and repairs of machines, equipment, and injection molds

Ensuring proper maintenance and ongoing modernization of the plant’s technical infrastructure

Driving continuous improvement of processes and standards within the Maintenance Department

Planning and controlling the departmental budget, including effective spare parts inventory management

Supervising utilities and technical infrastructure (electricity, compressed air, cooling and heating systems)

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations
Requirements:

University degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design, or related disciplines)

Practical experience in maintenance within a plastic injection molding environment

Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a technical area

Very good knowledge of the construction, operation, and servicing of injection molding machines and molds

Ability to analyze technical data and work with KPIs (failure rate, availability, MTBF, MTTR)

Highly developed communication and organizational skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering)

Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental management systems
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
