Junior HR Operations Analyst with Dutch
We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our HR Services team. This role combines Contact Center, Back Office, and Front Office activities and focuses on handling high-volume, repeatable HR inquiries via calls, tickets, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve HR-related inquiries via ServiceNow and Workday (tickets, calls, chat)
- Support employees, managers, and HR Business Partners with HR programs, policies, processes, and systems
- Guide users on how to use HR systems and promote self-service
- Work according to SLA and CSAT targets, minimize escalations
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of cases, calls, and chats
- Monitor case progress and provide regular status updates or workarounds
- Collaborate with team members to resolve cases and meet performance metrics
- Maintain and update operational and process documentation
- Identify root causes of escalated issues (including cases handled by Junior Analysts)
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR Shared Services or Call Center / Customer Support / Ticketing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HR, Business, Communications – preferred)
- Knowledge of Dutch & English & Polish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a process-driven environment
- Ability to work with HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow are a strong plus)
- Comfortable managing a high workload, multitasking, and meeting SLAs
- Customer-focused mindset with high attention to service quality
- Well-organized, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow standard procedures consistently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive data
- Ability to handle straightforward issues using standard processes with moderate supervision
