Customs Team Leader

- Lead and develop a team of 13 customs professionals, ensuring smooth and compliant customs operations.
- Build strong relationships within the team and with key stakeholders, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Coach, mentor, and implement structured development initiatives to help team members reach their full potential.
- Set team objectives, manage KPIs, and monitor performance to drive continuous productivity improvements.
- Implement and oversee new processes, technologies, and automation initiatives within the customs team.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to align local customs operations with international strategy and standards.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Min. 2 years of customs experience.
- Min. 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of customs operations, compliance, and regulations.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage.
- Customs certification is a plus.
