Customs Team Leader

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Lead and develop a team of 13 customs professionals, ensuring smooth and compliant customs operations.
  • Build strong relationships within the team and with key stakeholders, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Coach, mentor, and implement structured development initiatives to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Set team objectives, manage KPIs, and monitor performance to drive continuous productivity improvements.
  • Implement and oversee new processes, technologies, and automation initiatives within the customs team.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to align local customs operations with international strategy and standards.

 

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Min. 2 years of customs experience.
  • Min. 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of customs operations, compliance, and regulations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage.
  • Customs certification is a plus.

Recruitment proces:

  1. First interview with the Customs Manager based in Warsaw (face-to-face or online).
  2. Second interview with a Regional Manager (UK, Norway, or Sweden) and an HR People Partner.
