Customer Support Specialist with German

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in German (and occasionally in English).
  • Assist customers with booking accommodations and managing reservations.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues in line with company procedures.
  • Communicate with both property owners and guests to ensure excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2 minimum).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including approximately 2 weekends per month.
