Customer Support Specialist with German
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in German (and occasionally in English).
- Assist customers with booking accommodations and managing reservations.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues in line with company procedures.
- Communicate with both property owners and guests to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2 minimum).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including approximately 2 weekends per month.
