About your future employer:
Our Client is looking for a Compliance Assurance Analyst with German to join their Global Compliance Assurance Team. You will be based in Krakow and work closely with compliance teams around the world. This role gives you the chance to contribute to many areas of compliance, including marketing, sales, client services, governance, trading, reporting, and employee training.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Internal Audit (preferably in financial services or fintech).
- Good understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Fluency in English and German (both spoken and written).
- Confident with Excel and documentation tasks.
