AR Accountant (Cash Application) with English

AR Accountant (Cash Application) with English
Responsibilities:
- Post customer payments received through bank transfers, lockbox files, and other payment methods
- Match payments to invoices and customer accounts
- Investigate and clear unapplied or unclear payments
- Reconcile received cash on a daily and monthly basis
- Process customer refunds when overpayments occur
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify payment details
- Support month-end closing activities
- Handle requests and issues submitted through ServiceNow
- Take part in process transitions and knowledge transfers
- Assist with audits and provide required information
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong command of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model as a full-time employee in a Kraków city-center office
- Experience with Oracle finance systems is an advantage
