Project Specialist / Coordinator

📍 Location: Warsaw (hybrid model: 2 days in the office / 3 days remote)

💰 B2B or contract of mandate: 50-60 PLN/h

We are looking for an Project Specialist / Coordinator to join a team delivering migration projects in an international environment. The role includes supporting project execution, coordinating team activities, and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects (especially migration projects)

• Managing and tracking project tasks (e.g., in JIRA)

• Monitoring KPIs and reporting project progress

• Identifying project risks and supporting mitigation activities

• Coordinating communication between teams and stakeholders

• Participating in project meetings and preparing summaries

• Building and maintaining business relationships

• Supporting stakeholder management across different organizational structures

• Ensuring timely task delivery and proposing solutions in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Basic experience in running or supporting projects

• Excellent communication skills

• Very good command of English (min. B2)

• Ability to build strong business relationships

• Goal‑oriented mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach

• Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., JIRA)
