Team Leader with Turkish 

 

As an Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team supporting end-to-end order management processes. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient order execution, and strong collaboration across supply chain functions. This position combines operational responsibilities with people management and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Order Management Specialists
  • Oversee daily operations related to order processing, delivery coordination, and customer communication
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders
  • Monitor team performance, set priorities, and support workload distribution
  • Act as the main escalation point for complex customer or process-related issues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive process improvements and support implementation of best practices within the team
  • Support onboarding, training, and knowledge development of team members
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure service levels are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree

  • Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring role 

     

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related area

  • Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring role 

  • Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

  • Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
