Steward / Stewardess – 55ft Sailing Catamaran
We are looking for a professional Steward / Stewardess to join the crew of a 55ft sailing catamaran operating in the Mediterranean. This is a long-term permanent position, not seasonal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yacht to a very high standard and providing excellent guest service. The vessel is actively involved in international boat shows and industry events, therefore the role also includes representing the yacht and the brand during exhibitions and promotional events.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the yacht interior to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure the yacht is always kept in a “show-ready” condition
- Provide professional hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Communicate confidently with guests, clients, partners, and visitors
- Participate in international boat shows, yacht exhibitions, and promotional events
- Assist with basic deck duties during maneuvers (lines, fenders, etc.)
Requirements:
- Right to work in Spain or France (EU passport, NIE, or valid work authorization)
- Previous experience as a Steward / Stewardess on a sailing yacht or catamaran
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain excellent standards
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable interacting with guests
