Live Chat Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Other positions will follow a hybrid work model (60% from the office / 40% from home).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide dedicated support to our employees, addressing challenges that arise while they are providing services in the field.
- Utilize your communication skills to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and customers.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing ideas and best practices in a professional environment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Fluency in one of the following languages (min. B2) German/Dutch/Bulgarian/Italian/French/Polish and good communication skills in English.
- Experience is not required, but most welcomed.
- A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in using computers and capable of multitasking across various platforms.
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of challenges with a positive mindset.
