Junior AP Accountant

We’re Hiring: Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

Kickstart your finance career with us! We are looking for a proactive Junior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our AP Finance team and help keep our supplier processes running smoothly.

 

Your Role:

• Process vendor invoices and credit notes accurately in SAP

• Support clearing of invoice backlogs and resolve basic AP issues

• Review and resolve blocked invoices to ensure timely payments

• Respond to vendor inquiries and internal requests (via ServiceNow/email)

• Perform basic vendor reconciliations and follow up on open items

• Assist with compliance to internal accounting policies

• Report simple system issues to IT support

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Up to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or SSC environment

• Basic knowledge of SAP (experience with VIM, Coupa, ServiceNow is a plus)

• Good English skills (minimum B2)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
