📍 Kraków | Hybrid (2 days per week from the office)

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Technical Product Owner to join a global technology team responsible for the Digital Query Management (DQM) platform - a strategic solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting thousands of users across 30+ countries. You will shape the product vision, drive the roadmap, and lead the design and delivery of D365 Customer Service & Marketing solutions.
What you will be doing:
• Build and own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for DQM on Dynamics 365
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional analysts to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within Dynamics 365
• Lead design discussions and provide guidance on native vs. custom capabilities
• Support implementation, configuration and customisation of D365 modules
• Prepare functional design documentation, including specs for integrations and data migration
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high‑quality CRM features
• Communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling and platform capabilities
What we are looking for:
• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Marketing (Customer Insights)
• 5+ years of project experience, including 3+ years in consulting or product‑focused roles
• Strong understanding of D365 configuration, customisation and solution design
• Experience building CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
• Ability to compare solution options and provide technical thought leadership
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
Nice to have:
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis and integration patterns
• Knowledge of financial services processes
• Experience with Visual Studio, PowerBI, O365 administration or TFS
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications
