Position: Business Development Manager – Czech Republic
Location: Czech Republic (Prague or remote within CZ)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Czech office. This is a key role responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and strengthening Antal’s presence on the Czech market.
Importantly, this role is not limited to the IT sector. We welcome candidates with business development experience across broader B2B environments, including recruitment, consulting, or professional services.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships
- Identifying business opportunities across multiple industries (not only IT)
- Collaborating with recruitment teams in the Czech Republic, Poland, and other markets
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Representing Antal on the Czech market
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Proven success in B2B client acquisition
- Experience in recruitment or professional services is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Czech and English
