Dear Sir/Madam,
We are pleased to present to you the latest, fourteenth edition of our salary report. This comprehensive compilation of data and analyses is enriched with valuable expert comments. The report highlights the current state of the labor market and wages, taking into account key trends.
The results reflect the maturity of the Polish labor market, which, after years of dynamic fluctuations, has achieved relative stability. Companies are focusing on building a competitive edge through investments in automation and digital technologies.
The average monthly salary for specialists and managers reached 15,691 PLN gross, marking a 4% increase compared to last year’s edition, where it was 15,127 PLN gross. While raises are still visible, their pace has significantly slowed compared to the previous year. Companies are managing budgets more cautiously, considering rising operational costs and the need to invest in technological development, which is reflected in a conservative approach to wages.
The salary report provides a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the current salary trends in the market. We hope that the information it contains will assist you in making strategic HR decisions and setting competitive salary rates.
We warmly invite you to read on,
Artur Skiba
